Kristen Anne Bell was born in 1980. She's an American singer and actress. Her birthplace was Huntington Woods and raised there. She's the daughter Lorelei Frygier as well as Tom Bell. Her mother is Polish and her father is German, English Irish and Scottish. Kristen realized her potential within the industry of entertainment at a young age. She was cast in the role of Raggedy Ann in 1992 after going to the first audition. Bell's mother established her with an agent when she was thirteen, and she was cast in newspaper advertisements and television commercials. In addition, Bell started taking acting lessons privately. Bell had a small uncredited part in the film Polish Wedding (1998) in 1998. Bell attended Shrine Catholic High School and was part of music and the drama club. She won the starring role as Dorothy in the school's play The Wizard of Oz. Bell later moved to New York City, to the Tisch School of the Arts. She was a musical theatre student there. Bell left her studies in 2001 and began playing Becky the character of Tom Sawyer. Also in 2001 that Bell's first appearance in a movie that had been credited, Pootie Tang (2002). However, her part has been cut out and only the credits depict her. Bell was part of the Broadway revival The Crucible starring Liam Neeson & Angela Bettis.
